Lipase Enzyme

Lipase Enzyme  is obtained by deep fermentation of Aspergillus Niger. Lipase is widely used in leather processing, feed, paper making, detergent, Bio energy and other industries.

Lipase Feed Enzyme Properties

  • Effective Temperature: 30-70 ℃, optimum 40-50 ℃

  •  pH: Effective Range : 4.0-10.0 , optimum range 7.0-8.0

  • Effect of Metal Ion on Enzyme activity : Ca2+ Mg2+ have certain activate function for the enzyme

  • Mn2+、Fe2 Zn2+ have inhibit function for the enzyme;

  • There is no obvious effect for Cu2+ and EDTA on enzyme activity.

  • Solid Enzyme Soundness (0.4 mm mesh screen ): ≥80%

Definition :One unit will liberate 1 μmole of titrimetric fatty acid from the substrate per min at certain temperature and PH conditions, expresse in u/g or u/ml .Standard: GB/T 23535-2009

Lipase Application

Feed Industry: In feed industry, adding the enzyme can liberate short chain fatty acid, improve the utility rate of raw material, and improve the flavour of the feed.   Recommended dosage: 0.01-0.05% ( based on the quality of raw material, Lipase 100000 u/g/ml)

Food Industry: In the process of flour product industry, it can repair the weak part of the structure of gluten network, improve the stability and ability of dough, make the bread core and steam bread appearance white and shiny. Recommended dosage: 0.01-0.05kg/ton flour (based on lipase 100000 u/g/ml), it can improve quality of flour product if the usage of lipase combine with food grade of xylanase, fungal alpha amylase, gluco oxidase.

Leather Product Industry: In the process of leather product industry, it can specific core in the fat in the leather, soften the material evenly under mild conditions, increase the gain of leather on the basis of reducing the amount of chemicals , reduce skin wrinkles, usage effect clear .This enzyme often use in the process of skim fat and softening stage , Recommended dosage: 0.02-0.06 %( based on the quality of raw material, lipase 100000 u/g/ml) at 30-40℃ for 30-120min, this enzyme often combine usage the Alkaline protease to Optimize usage results

Paper Making Industry: In paper making industry, it can be used in the process of mechanical pulping and waster paper, remove the triglyceride in the process of mechanical pulping ,improve the deink efficiency ,

Recommended dosage: 0.04-0.10L/ton paper pulp.

Storage

Notes: Lipase is organic biochemical substance, high temperature, strong acid & strong alkaline will cause inactivation of enzyme.

Keep away from direct sunlight and rain; Avoid exposure to sunlight during transportation;

Solid enzyme should be kept in clean, cool and dry place, otherwise more dosage need to be used.
